I just got back from a wonderful long weekend in San Francisco, CA. I had the privilege of traveling on business to Outside Lands Music Festival … I know, right?! Spoiled. SF is one of my absolute favorite cities to visit. There is so much to see, do and eat! I was lucky enough to do some sight-seeing, run the Golden Gate Bridge, eat some delicious food, shop and last but definitely not least, enjoy some SICK music at Outside Lands. I can’t tell you how dreamy it was — I think I’m still on a music high. Someone, please, pinch me.
Day 2 Recap: long run to and through the Golden Gate Bridge, day 1 of Outside Lands Music Festival, caught a bunch of acts including Mumford & Sons, St. Vincent, Broods, First Aid Kit, The Drums and Wilco, late night drinks at Sir Frances Drakes Starlight Room and a 2 am McFlurry at McDonald’s (I’m not sorry).
Day 3 Recap: early morning shopping, breakfast, day 2 of Outside Lands, delicious festival food and a terrible red-eye flight back home.
On Sunday, my friends were great and greeted me with donuts before heading out to the Bridgestone Invitational. I had a great time despite not knowing much about golf. After an afternoon of fun I finally went home to catch up on sleep. Jet lag, much?!
