It can feel exhausting chasing the BIG things. We’ve heard it all before: reach for the stars, go big or go home, think big, climb the ladder of success, etc. None of these things are bad but when they consume our every being it can be a scary ride. When we begin to believe that big is better than small or that pushing the limit is better than taking it slow or easy, we can feel tired or inadequate for falling short when we don’t get the big thing we’ve been striving for.
BUT THE MOST BEAUTIFUL THINGS IN
LIFE ARE NOT JUST THINGS.
THEY’RE PEOPLE, AND PLACES,
MEMORIES AND PICTURES.
THEY’RE FEELINGS AND MOMENTS AND
SMILES AND LAUGHTER
This month let’s pivot a little and take a minute each night to reflect on 1 to 2 things that worked out well for you. Truth is, life is made up of moments and if we can’t appreciate the little things in life, how will we learn to appreciate the big things?
THE LITTLE THINGS?
THE LITTLE MOMENTS?
THEY AREN’T LITTLE.
